Same problem. I got the emblem while my 2 friends didn't? We all have almost the same times, most solid yellow stars and a few not, all of them well within the time frames. We have since run a few again with zero luck.
Any ideas?

I have the same issue, My friend got the emblem I didn't. On safe side I am re running all the legacy NF again in same class and all in 1 season to see if it drops. Do check postmaster it doesn't show inventory. let me know if your friends get it.
