Not receiving rewards
Hi I am not receiving my rewards after redeeming a code, I keep checking on collection on the flairs section and my emblems are not there, can I get some help please?

Im missing "the visionary", "eclipsed void" and "###Offers.d2year3emblem38name###" <---idk what this is tbh

Hi there. You may need to log out and back into the game if you were on when you redeemed them, then make sure to check the General category of emblems in your Collections, as that is where all redeemed emblems will appear.

Hey there! What rewards are you referring to? You can claim your rewards in Collections > Flair > General.
