Outside of the extra damage resistance I don’t think it’s all that crazy. It’s just a good super. That being said I’ll provide some changes that I think will appease those that feel it’s too strong without making the super trash. 1. Remove the extra damage resistance while in Wraith mode. Spectral is meant to be stealthy so it shouldn’t need extra damage resistance. 2. Increase the cost of light attacks when spamming. The first two swipe should be at normal cost level but every consecutive light attack after should increase in cost. This should deter people from spamming lights. 3. Remove the extra super drain when out of Wraith mode. Currently the supers lasts 23.5s when in stealth and 14.5s when out of stealth. Since we are nerfing it’s ability to close gaps it needs to have the same duration as it usually does in Wraith mode. OR increase the duration of Wraith mode while keeping the 14.5s when out of wraith mode. [u]In my opinion[/u], only the first change is needed. Spectral is just a strong super that commonly used. Since it’s so commonly used people make it out to be way stronger than it actually is. I constantly hear people talk about how it’s unkillable and you can’t run away from it. That definitely is not the case, you can kill this super even with the extra 1% of damage resistance and you can EASILY run away from it. If everyone started using the current bottom tree Nova Bomb people would start complaining about it. Not because it’s OP, but because it’s what they see often.
