Yes and no. Its similar in that getting kills boost damage but this gun has swashbuckler (which i believe does last longer than rampage). Anyways..... I tried to focus on the lore of hakke weapons which is all about functionality, well rounded guns, that are good for just about any situation. So when I designed the exotic intrinsic for this gun, i tried to keep all that lore in mind. - Huckleberry is a gun that does more damage as you get kills and reloads itself. Its respectful in its own right as a bullet spraying machine. - But SONDOK, gives you better acurracy and speed for different situations (hip fire, airborne, etc) and encourages the player to get close and melee, to Hip-Fire, to jump and shoot, be agile and move around. On top of that it also gets a damage boost when getting kills. This may not seem very unique to you and may be down right boring, but as i said before its a Jack of all trades SMG. I
