Since the start of Season 9, the Arc chaining effect from Arc Web has not been functioning correctly. While it works just fine in Crucible, it rarely functions in PvE. It will not chain if an enemy dies from the grenade's initial damage. When it was buffed in Season 8, it functioned just as well as the chaining effect from Dunemarchers, even from enemies as they died. Currently, the only grenade it seems to function somewhat with is Pulse Grenade, since it has low, periodic, damage, and won't kill most enemies in 1 hit, but if it does, it won't chain any Arc lightning. Any chance for a possible fix in the future?
