I keep getting error code turtle I did the steps but it still happens

Help it lets me play on my computer but won't on my Xbox and just keeps saying error code turtle

  • hard reset should fix it. hold your box button until it shuts off don't let go until the light is off. if it doesn't work check your packet loss. if it's high we can go from there.
