You get special conversation with a specific emissary (ish) being in prophecy!!!

This is incorrect, op is referring to the Orin dialogue you can get from the emissary This bit of dialogue can and has been accessed prior to the festival of the lost being introduced The mystery remains unfortunately

9 RepliesThese special dialogues have been around since the release of Prophecy. You can navigate the Dead Sea after the Hexahedron encounter, and you will find the Emissary in one of the places that represent the different planets, and she gives dialogue which often relates to that planet or other things. Drifter and Eris often have dialogue in that as well.
