Fireteam completed Petra's Run, didn't receive Triumph
My fireteam just completed a flawless Petra's Run attempt but didn't receive the Triumph. We cleansed the heart, saw the "Mission Completed" screen, and I even opened a chest, but no one on my fireteam got the triumph. Before you ask, yes we inputted the wish. I know it doesn't prove the last bit, but I have our Flawless raid report here: https://raid.report/pgcr/7011995367
We waited around for several minutes waiting for something to happen. Eventually, our fireteam was kicked to orbit. We've tried logging out, logging back in, loading into new destinations, even re-finishing the raid (we realized we somehow had a checkpoint after being kicked to orbit for the Heart encounter), but no dice. I suspect the encounter just didn't "finish" properly, leaving us in a state where we couldn't progress the encounter, didn't get Petra's run, and still had a Heart checkpoint.
Is there anything we can do to get this remedied? Or to at least be assured that it won't happen again?

Bump, still don't have a clear answer as to what happened so we can avoid this in the future.

2 RepliesHey there! If the triumph did not appear after the mission completion banner popped up, something has prevented you from getting a flawless run along the way despite you all having 0 deaths. Unfortunately, nothing can be done but to run it again.
