I find it extremely annoying to have to wait 90 days before I am able to transfer my account to a new steam profile. Anybody else feel the same? I just changed accounts and now I can't play Destiny on my new steam profile with all of my old items that I have spent a very long time grinding for. By the time the 90 days is up I'm going to be sick of this game.

It's beyond a joke. Just done the exact same thing. Bought the new dlc's. Wanted my xbox account on my epic version of the game. Noticed my steam and xbox one was linked so I unlinked them so that I could link it to my epic account. But no. Now I have to wait 90 days to access and play what I have just spent my money on... Absolutely fuming is an understatement. And to top it off I can't even refund because Bungie are slimey little f***ers and market their game expansions as in game transactions, and are unrefundable. Safe to say I'm boycotting anything and everything they are associated with from this day forth. A side note for anyone at bungie -blam!- this, maybe try shortening the timer from 90 days to maybe a week, as any normal human being isn't going to wait 3 months just to play your money grab of a game.

2 RepliesHey there! Unfortunately, once you deactivate Cross Save, you are not able to re-enable it until after the cooldown expires. There is no exception to this policy. This is to discourage players from doing recoveries and any other things that players may do. [quote]If players disabled their Cross Save for any reason they will have to wait out the 90-day lockout before they can enable Cross Save again.
