The original issue was fixed and resulted in Hunter and Titan being completed by default.
Did you finish the glows after the Solstice event finished?
My theory is that the triumphs couldn’t be earned after the event - Bungie only stated that the glows could be earned after the event. Unfortunately, despite the many similar posts, I have yet to see Bungie comment as to whether this was intended or is actually a bug.

That would be extremely frustrating if the glows can be completed after the event, but the triumphs can not. Thanks for your reply. I'm holding my breath we'll get some acknowledgement from Bungie and hopefully a resolution soon. Issues like this really ruin my excitement for Beyond Light.
