The majority of shaders I've tried applying to it look absolutely terrible on it because of the color split between the upper and lower portions of the robes. Not to mention the visible color seam at the top of the lower robe which doesn't disappear fully under the middle "belt." Making the color split even more jarring.
Can the full main robe portion please be changed to have the same shader channel applied to it uniformly?
Was hoping to add bits of this ornament set to my Warlock's outfits because I really liked the design in the previews, but right now I just feel like I wasted money on a set that doesn't look good in any of the shaders I wanted to apply to it (or any shaders even remotely close for that matter).

1 ReplyI have been complaining about how ABYSMALLY Bungie has been dealing with shaders since the launch of this game. I purposely put off buying this until I was able to see how shaders would effect it because I knew they would mess it up, turns out I was right. If Bungie is going to do things like this, they should at least allow you to preview shaders on ornaments. I'm sorry they had to rob you with a mistake that literally had no reason to be made.

1 ReplyDamn that sucks :/ I feel like Warlocks get the shaft with shader distribution more than the other classes. First it's the uncolorable gold on the Solstice set, now this! It took me forever to find a shader that looked good without having to mismatch shaders for my FoL Hunter ornaments because the helmet is a different color most of the time. Thank God for First Frost!
