I am a veteran player of destiny 2 with close to 2000 hours. I recently got some games on sale that I’d like to play, with cheat engine, to give me an advantage. Such as Monster Hunter World and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. If I simply have CE installed (I don’t think you can use CE on destiny 2) is that enough to warrant a ban? I rather not lose my account over something like this.
Thanks!

If it is even accidentally running in the background & even if it has no interaction with D2 you will likely get a ban. Monster hunter world doesn't need CE either due to the modding community for instance I've used mods on my daughter's PC to make MHW a bit easier for her but she also plays 100% offline & from what I hear Capcom don't ban players for offline mods atm anyway. Bungie can and likely will ban you if the anti cheat detects cheat software so make sure nothing can run on startup (personally I wouldn't even have it installed to be safe but that's just me)

4 RepliesSimply installed.....no ban. Running (even in background for something other than D2, or in TSR state).....banned.

Installed - No Running - Yes I would highly recommend shutting down the programs and doing a complete restart of your system before playing D2 though. One small slip up or one process still running in the background and those programs will cost you your account.
