Shadowkeep content locked after forsaken purchase
I bought a physical copy of D2 a couple months ago with shadowkeep content but after I bought forsaken dlc, the forsaken content is now locked. How can I access my shadow keep content which I already paid for?

There was no physical version of the game that came with Shadowkeep, and your account does not appear to own a Shadowkeep license. The only thing Shadowkeep-related in your game history is the Shadowkeep intro mission, which is free to all players.

What you have received was most likely Destiny 2: Forsaken Legendary Collection. If you cannot access Forsaken content, please go to PS4 Settings > Account Management > Restore License and then proceed to download Forsaken again. If you still cannot access Forsaken, you will need to contact PlayStation Support to help retrieve your license.
