Missing collections
I don't have the trials of the nine weapons or shader from season 3 in collections... Even though I'm 100% sure I got them.

Collections wasn't active until the release of Warmind. Any items you collected and then used or deleted prior to Warmind would not show up in Collections today. So items you think you had that don't show up there means you either used them (shaders) or deleted them (armor or weapons) prior to the release of Warmind. Regardless of the reason, if it is not in Collections then there is nothing that can be done if the items are no longer obtainable in-game.

For a item or shader to be in your Collections tab you have to have had that item (shaders do not count if it is on a item) in your inventory or Vault at the time Collections was introduced or obtained after Warminds release. If it is not in your Collections tab you did not have it at the time or since.

Hey there! Anything you have dismantled before the release of collections, were not recorded in the collections page. Having shaders on armor/weapons did not count either. You would need to obtain those items again for them to be recorded in the collections page. Since those specific items are currently unobtainable, you will not be able to have them recorded in your collections page.
