Based on your responses to the other poster, you're dealing with two issues. The first issue is that the Steam ID you're currently logged into Steam with (and the one you are trying to use to authenticate on Bungie.net) is https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197971334520 . That is not the account you have linked to Bungie.net and as such is also not the account that is set up with Cross-Save. The reason you're getting the error saying it's the wrong one is because it is, indeed, the wrong one. You're trying to log in with a different Steam ID and not the one that was used. The Steam ID linked with Bungie.net and set up with Cross-Save is this one: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198046420687 . If you wish to play using your Cross-Saved characters without making any changes, you'll have to log in on Steam using that Steam ID. If you wish to change the linked Steam ID to the one you're currently using, then you have the second issue. You cannot change linked accounts without disabling Cross-Save, and disabling Cross-Save will impose a 90-day Security Lockout during which you cannot reenable Cross-Save. The 90 day lockout cannot be avoided, reduced, or removed if you disable Cross-Save. Disabling Cross-Save is the only way to unlink the incorrect Steam ID and then link the correct one.
