Accelerated Coils and Charge Time Masterwork do not apply together
I hope that this is not a 'feature' but if you have either a Charge Time masterwork or Accelerated Coils applied the other has no effect.

The stack. The thing that happens is there's a cap on how much charge time/impact a fusion can go. Whether that is the min or max cap.
