I have the season pass on both xbox and Steam. I cannot claim this on either or on any character.
I really want to pick it up as I want Tommy's Matchbook.
Can you advise how I can do this Bungie?

Edited by Lollybomb: 9/26/2020 4:10:56 AMAssuming you're trying to claim it on the accounts you have linked in your profile, you can't because according to Wasted on Destiny you didn't own the appropriate season, and according to Braytech you never played last season. So you're entirely ineligible to claim Tommy's Matchbook.

You can only claim items from season pass levels that you have reached. I recommend that you make sure you are logged into the correct account.

Hey there! I would recommend to claim them directly through the Companion app. Otherwise, if on the browser, clear your cache/cookies, and go incognito. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/PreviousSeason If you have unlocked certain ranks, you can claim those rewards only.
