Good evening Guardians,
I haven't received my first Prime gaming loot since this March. since I have already written 2 posts about it I do not want to re-explain the situation for the third time. I would like to receive support as I have been having this problem for too long. I am attaching the links to the other 2 posts, where among other things I received as answers only "Got the same problem as you" and various solutions gone wrong by other users, so I would ask Bungie support to read those 2 posts and help me ASAP because it's like I'm paying for something that I can't use for no reason.
I would also like to add that the rewards do not appear in the history (I just specify that I only have ONE Destiny account associated with Twitch).
I wish anyone reading this post a happy game

5 RepliesHey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?
