Why can't we hold more than one exotic cipher?
The Matt Helsom (Rip) tribute quest was a cool little piece of lore added to the game to honor the man and his work. It's good stuff and I hate to be that asshole, but I'm sad to see that I can't pick up the cypher reward cause I already have one and nothing to spend it on so this one will end up going to waste. It'd be nice if we could hold maybe three at a time? I was hoping to just save them so I can use them in the future incase I decided to take a break from the game, but I guess not. Thanks for the game.
EDIT: Here's the "high" stat roll" from the cipher. It was spent well. I did it for science

8 RepliesI agree. I have one already and have nothing to spend it on. So completing the Tribute quest was a bit anticlimactic as I can't pick it up. I'm missing just 3 exotics (all Raid related). Since all my friends have stopped playing, I have no interest in doing the LFG thing anymore, and these Weapons are all RNG drops the Cypher would be the only way to get even one of them. Also, Bungle should have changed the Cypher to also give us Catalysts too for the Exotics we have.
