Plus 40 stat on hunter cloak?
Playing against this guy, he seems good but a little glitchy- hit registration was not there. Against everyone else it seemed ok but not crispy. So I check out his load out and see some serious high armor stats all around. But a plus 40 on a hunter cloak, how do you do that?

4 RepliesSome mods like Powerful Friends grant additional stats. Powerful Friends +20 mobility, energy cost 4 Mobility Mod +10 mobility, energy cost 3 Masterworking +2 each stat, total +12 3 energy remaining, 42 total stats

Regular mods + seasonal mods + masterwork. Not hard to do.
