Hey bungie, can we store upgrade materials please? or at-least remove the cap

Its really annoying that i can only hold 50 prisms and 10 shards at a time, especially considering how useful they are. This would be fine if we could atleast put them in our vaults but we can't do that either also, we can store enhancement cores, so why can't we store these?

It's silly. Now everybody in the game has used the postmaster to work around the cap and has 40 shards and 200 prisms stored... so... can we just be able to legitimately store that many anyway already FFS?

    • This is why there is a cap. So you can't hoard. Infuse them and save your gear if you need them so badly.

    • I request this, but for mod components. I have over 5 thousand of them.

    • I doubt you could even imagine it; that which commanded the stars, giving life its fullest brilliance. The Elden Ring. Oh, Elden Ring! Shattered, by someone, or something. Don't tell me you don't see it. Look up at the sky! It burns.

    • You can hold 10 in inventory and 10 on each character in the post master... 40 golf balls is alot, you have more than this? You can always masterwork armor pieces and store them in the vault for later dismantle but you do lose 50% of the value on dismantle. If you have a solid team and a will to farm them like crazy you can easily do that.

      • it has a cap so that if another economy breaking exploit is found, players can't stock themselves up with a lifetime of materials. there was an exploit that let you get infinite cores, and people who ground out thousands are probably still sitting on that pile

        • Exactly why they are limited. How useful they are.

        • Why is there even a cap in the first place?
