What would be the reason for Radiant Light mod to show +20 Strength is ACTIVE but not actually add it to Strength total?
Building Mele build and up to 79 strength. With Radiant Light on Hunter it had secondary perk +20 Strength when another arc mod socketed. When I do that, the font lights up to show it's active and the armor itself says it added it, but my character Strength remains at 79 no matter what. There is no repeat anything or stacking attempt. It just won't add it. I've tried everything. Help.

Ah wait you do however it doesn’t actually increase the stat if the buff is active on your screen it just means you get the extra strength as a buff but it doesn’t add it to the armor total
