I can’t deactivate Cross Save
I’m not going to get into why I want to disable it, because that would take too long. Just know that I want to. The thing is, I can’t. I press deactivate, authenticate that both my main Xbox account and my Steam account were mine, but then I run into an issue. It says to type my username in for security reasons. The problem there is that it won’t let me. It pops up the keyboard, but when I type, it just won’t show up. My username is grey and I can’t type it to complete the process. Please help me.

You can head over to this article and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie deactivates it. You may also want to read through [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]their article[/url] for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Note: Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
