Hi. Thanks for your report. We're currently tracking this issue.
EDIT: We're now investigating this issue.
EDIT: Due to the extended season, Clans can no longer gain XP and Hawthorne’s Weekly Challenge can no longer be completed. Our investigation found that trying to fix these issues could result in all Clans losing their earned ranks. These issues will be fixed on Nov. 10.

So we were told that we had an extended time to complete the season, presumably including completing our clan progress and banner for the season and because someone messed up and forgot to extend the season for the clan functionality, we don't get the opportunity to finish our clan for the season and get the banner that we have gotten every season since this game launched....and all we get as an answer is "oops sorry about that". We only have 11 people in our clan and it is not as easy for us to get to clan max season over season, but somehow we have made it every time and not missed one yet. I realize that you are saying this will mess up all the clan mechanics for everyone, but would think that this could be "investigated" a little further for another potential way to fix it. Doesn't seem like too much effort was put in to get it fixed. So completely disappointed right now.

This is almost the exactly what happened with my clan. We don't currently have many active players, but were only 15,250 XP away from rank 6. Then randomly on a Thursday (not even 9/22 when Beyond Light was originally going to be released) I saw the tweet about how this was bugged.

Do you have an ETA on this fix? Our clan has been working to get to max Clan Rank for weeks now. The plan was to get to max Clan Rank with a week to spare, but now we may not get to max Clan Rank to get the Triumph. This extended season was the only chance for our small clan to get this Triumph.
