No response from bungie

I've now created two forum posts with no response from Bungie and no alternative way to contact them. I'm appalled at the lack of customer support.

  • Hi. Thanks for your report. I see that you're having issues with your Prime rewards. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?
