So, "where is the money, Lebowski"?

I was banned 9 days ago for no reason. Appealed via the feedback form but received no response (Case ID: 43090). Nowhere is it written how long the appeal is considered. About 1k hours of gameplay just goes in the trash. A new DLC "Beyond the Light" was purchased on the account. And now I want to get my money back for a game that I can't play due to a strange anti-cheat system. How do I get my money back for DLC? (I hope bungiehelp or bungiesecurity takes a look at this topic.)

  • You would need to speak to steam support (who whoever you paid for your preorder) to discuss refund potentials. If you haven’t heard anything from your appeal after a few days or a week, then consider it denied. Bungie specifically stipulated on the appeal request that not all appeals will get a reply.
