emblems have disappeared from my collection
Before I started I already contacted bungie store but they redirected me here, and I already filled in the contact form about the missing emblems.
It's been a week now that I've noticed that several of my bungie store emblems have disappeared from my collection, I don't know exactly when it happened but I only noticed it last week when I saw that I no longer had my bungie day 2019 emblem.
The emblems that I have noticed are: bungie day 2019, songs of forsaken, emblem of synth and first to the forge. Note that the first 3 were in the same bungie store order.
Before you wonder, yes I'm sure I entered the code, I tried to enter the codes again they are already in use.
The only proofs of opting for these emblems that I have are e-mails and orders.
So if anyone can help me find out what happened I thank him in advance, I would like to see some of these emblems.

3 RepliesHi there. Your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/History/21417208]Code History[/url] shows that you only have emblems from October 2019-Present. Issues like yours usually occur when you have an old Bungie.net account and then create a new one. From what I've gathered, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/18926217/M4GNUS]this is your old Bungie.net account[/url]. Unfortuantely, there isn't a way to merge accounts nor transfer redeemed codes from one account to another. If you have a linked account attached to that Bungie.net account, you may be able to log into it.
