Old Faction rally shaders
Now there might be a logical reason for this but, I remember earning the shaders from both New Monarchy and Dead Orbit. But I went back to collect those shaders for my Solstice gear for this season and the only one I have from anything to do with the Factions is "Dead Orbit Vision". I don't have any items with those shaders on it because I cleaned out my vault before Forsaken. Am I SOL on getting them?

You cannot earn them if you didn't way back when. Bungie really should just make those available to everyone by now.
