Resonate Stems not dropping
Hey Bungie, did public events and patrols and ep, they are not dropping Resonate Stems. Pls fix.
Also combined 116 resonate which I had from before into frequencies, got 29. I got 8 duplicates. That is a bit more than 25% of duplicates.
I did open all the boxes for the system to register.
It is very frustrating, since warming I have combined over a thousand resonate cells and still sitting at 37.
