Iron Banner bounties
I was saving my completed Iron Banner bounties to get the Pinnacles and used them after Lord Saladin returned this week. However, it is saying I cannot pick up the new ones because I've already completed them when I simply redeemed from the previous IB a few weeks ago. Any advice or way Bungie can fix this?

Like all bounties, if you have a bounty from a previous period that is repeated in the current period you won't be able to pick up the new bounty in the current period. They are viewed as one-in-the-same. The only time it works is if the previous period bounty has different requirements. The Iron Banner bounties all have the same requirements each IB, so holding onto them into a new IB simply treats them as bounties from the current IB. This is how all bounties in the game have worked. For instance you can't pick up a Gunsmith bounty that requires SMG kills, hold it and the next day pick up a second SMG bounty, it will show as already held or if you turn it in, then it will show as already completed.
