buying DLC's twice?
Do I need to to buy the DLC again if I cross save to play on multiple platforms? I am not sure if I have two and I dont want to if I don't haver to?

Yeah, if you want to play paid content on two different systems you need to. However if you just want to use guns and armor you've earned from paid content, those are usable when playing on new light for free.

Cross save allows you to play one account's characters on your other linked accounts. It does not share or transfer DLC licenses, those are and have always been tied to the platform they were purchased on.

Apparently the expansions (eg Beyond Light) need to be purchased on each platform you wish to play, but the season pass and seasonal content is shared accross.

If you want to play content that is in the DLC and not the free-to-play part of the game? Then, yes you to. But if you're content to hop over to another platform and just play whats in the FTP part of the game, then no, you don't.
