Accidentally purchased wrong Beyond Light DLC
Ok, so I had a total brain fart, I bought the incorrect version of beyond light on pc. I really wanted the one with the 4 seasons and no time to explain exotic. Is there any way I can return this DLC and buy the correct one that I wanted to buy? Any help is appreciated.

Contact the retailer you bought from. If you bought from the Bungie Store, then you need to take it up there, as the forums are separate from the store and nobody here can help you.

Ask steam support (or whatever retailer you bought from) for a refund so you can buy correct version.
