Solstice Armor - Light Level Drop
Upon upgrading my hunter armor to Magnificent all armor pieces dropped in LL by 7-8 points. I went from 1058-59 armor to 1051 across the board. What happened?? Advancing light is way to hard, especially given lousy RNG for this!!

3 RepliesDear Guardian, Just a quick question, did you have all of your max light weapons on the character when you did this? Also, if you still have all of your other high light armor items, you might be able to get new high rolls of the armor through the Solstice Packages. Since you are already at 1059 level armor, all you need to do now is find any Powerful drops and they will come in at the level you need. There are quite a few sources to find these such as some engrams, main playlist activities, and nightmare hunts. Hope this helps!

3 RepliesHad you infused your Majestic up to 1058/1059 and that was your only armor at that high of a level? When meditating it deletes the existing armor and replaces it with new. Because the old armor is deleted the power level for your character it uses will be the power level based off the remaining items in your character's inventory. If the Majestic armor was the only armor that was significantly over 1051 then this is why your resulting armor dropped as it did. If that is not what happened then it sounds like your drop certainly may have been glitched as it should drop at your highest possible power level (exclusive of the power of the Majestic armor set). If that happened it is unfortunate, but there is nothing that can be done. The Solstice gear was not intended to be a way to actually increase your power level unless your character was below 1020.
