[b][i][/i][/b] Dear Bungie, I just got a message (it's been 2 hour's as of now) on my screen when I was just about to enter the EAZ match, after just getting my new daily bounties from the tower. & it said that my Destiny 2 account was one of the account's that I did NOT get my Bright Dust for the 2nd week of Solstice 2020. (& this is the 2nd week in row getting one of these messages from Bungie) & it came up on my screen right as I was just entering a EAZ match. & I took a picture of it like I ALWAY'S DO, but the EAZ match instantly started, & made the Message disappear without me even clicking okay on it. & when I instantly looked to see how much Bright Dust I had earned/received from it, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY OF MY BRIGHT DUST AMOUNT! Because of the EAZ match starting it glitched my game & screen, & it auto closed my message banner about my Bright Dust.😡 Even though I have been grinded the heck outta those bounties on all 3 of my character's those first 2 week's especially! & still am right now. The 1ST week alone, I was given back 4,500 Bright Dust from this glitch/problem. But since this problem of not being able to click okay on my new message for this week's reward, I DID NOT RECIEVE MY BRIGHT DUST FOR WEEK 2! & I STILL HAVE the same exact amount of 808 that I already had before the message came in! I know this to be true as I had just logged in minutes before, & was checking to see why I still hadn't received my week 2 Solstice 2020 Bright Dust even though I was on playing Destiny 2 at reset on Tuesday, & I had even logged out after your reset to update my game like I alway's do each week. & because I REALLY WANTED The SOLPIECER Solstice 2020 ship for this week! & it still is only showing my 808 Bright Dust I ALREADY HAD left over from my Bounties that I grinded out all day yesterday, & Tuesday. SO PLEASE @Bungie HELP ME GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED AS I DID NOT GET ANY OF MY ALREADY EARNED BRIGHT DUST FROM WEEK 2 OF SOLSTICE 2020! & I need someone to care enough to help me with this problem! As I am physically disabled, & typing all of this was very hard for me to do, with only use of my 1 arm. & I worked my tail off to get all those Bright Dust bounties done. & my Destiny 2 account has been messed up for more then 3 year's. & I have tried to get someone on Bungie Twitter help to listen to me for a long time on there, but nobody would help me. & I/we lost our phone #'s due to being poor from being disabled. & I can no longer get into my Twitter account now because I do not have an active phone number to try to get help from Bungie Twitter Support. So I am here asking for help from @Bungie to please just fix my broken D2 account, & to PLEASE give me my Bright Dust that I had already worked SO HARD TO EARN that 2nd week of Solstice 2020 on all 3 of my character's? So 🙏PLEASE, I'M BEGGING FOR THIS BRIGHT DUST MISTAKE THAT JUST HAPPENED 2 BE FIXED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE BEFORE the ship SOLPIECER leaves this week?
