Stasis can't be the only darkness power.

I know this doesn't sound like a lore topic. But after thinking about it. Stasis can't be the only darkness power, right? When Forsaken came, I thought the new supers would be cool. Not really. Hunters; Their void swords are used just as much as the Tether. The staff block is broken even to a Blade Barrage. And Blade Barrage can pop a Ward of Dawn like a balloon. Titans; They get an even more broken aerial range damage after making the superman pose look like a mistake. They get a larger shield, which makes them more of a Shieldy boi. Then a giant hammer that tracks crazier then Chaos Voidwalker. Warlocks; Nova Warp, almost useless other than the Handheld Supernova. The sword makes a bigger rift that has been debuffed for other supers to kill anyone in it. Then a "Kame Hame Ha" that is just useless to me. Then, bungie adds more stuff to the subclasses through the Shadowkeep. Literally the Solar subclasses only. Warlocks get a second charge with grenade to increase their sol projectile. Hunters get a destination knife and a cool animation with the other knife. And I don't know about the Titan. So that being said, bungie will obviously have darkness subclasses with the other 3 elements. From The Taken King, we know we will get them. So here's the interesting part. If their will be other darkness subclasses. What do you think they will be called and what can they do?

      • i made a topic about this awhile back. it included 2 more elements: soulfire and Rasputin soulfire, which is what the hive use, could be used like this warlock: summon a cloud of poison like a wizard, so kind of like a poisonous nova warp titan: summon a soulfire axe like the ones the 3 knights use in the boss room of the shattered throne and grow to the size of zulmak in pit of heresy. you can slam your axe into the ground and when you pull it back up it becomes a knights shield or you could keep the axe. hunter: jump into the air and summon a shrieker when you return to the ground you become a thrall that can crawl on the walls or the ceiling and either blow up near people, consuming more energy, or rip people open with your claws you could use Rasputin like this: warlocks: summon a warsat that gives your teammates health and ammo titans: summon a rideable heavy Rasputin frame like the one in the season of the worthy public event, to move around long distance it would collapse into a warsat and you could run people over with. once it stops moving it becomes that frame and you can either slam its fists in the ground or shoot out a Valkyrie hunters: you can set a turret by pressing the trigger button, r2 for me. you could also deploy drones that latch onto enemies and will always show you where they are until they die or you die

        • Starting off with ideas on other subclass abilities. I main on a Warlock, so I had an idea on what the Solar Darkness would be. I call it "Eclipse" I think of it to b like a Nova Bomb, but the idea is that you slam it instead of throwing it. When it hits the ground it makes Napalm perimeter as big as a Well of Radiance. For Void, I think it would be like an implosion of Void (different from warp) in the surrounding area of the implosion, it sucks anyone in it and kills on the explosion (I mean...what else would happen). I think I like to call it "Black Hole". Arc, I call it "Hurricane". Once active, it creates a spinning arc disk that kills anything inside. The ability is that it will conduct to anything outside the disk. But before you finish (or in a situation) you can activate again to create a powerful impulse of arc that does lots of damage. Talk to me about the other Guardians subclasses. I'm interested to any of your ideas.
