STOP give us DUPLICATES from EVERVERSE ENGRAMS
I hate getting duplicates from this engrams
Even without duplicates we have to grind more then 250 season rank for all eververse stuff

another update for this. season rank 590 and i've gotten my 2nd calypso.... another duplicate exotic? almost 600 and more duplicates? and the last 3 i've gotten were trash legendary shells or sparrows.... come on bungo! i'm just missing 3 exotic emotes, 1 exotic ship and 1 shader, why you're giving me a hard time?

I’m pretty sure the only stuff that has duplicate protection are: Ornaments, Emotes, and Ghost Projections. If I’m wrong, feel free to correct me.

When you inspect the engram loot rewards you quite quickly realise the loot pool does not cover every previous offering from Eververse....just a small selection. Hence only duplicate items once you have them all drop.

Every single Everworse engram from this season has given me shaders I already have and dumbass transmats. Nothing interesting like an ornament, ship or sparrow. Just trash.

1 ReplyEdited by Ataraxia: 9/3/2020 12:21:00 PMedited: season rank 555 here.... i grind it for the engrams just like everyone else and i can confirm you can get duplicates but i never imagined getting an exotic duplicate 3 straight times. the duplicates i've gotten were: scarlet swarm shell (bought it for BD during season of the undying) star map shell (bought it for BD during season of dawn AFAIK) four degrees of separation (i got it before hitting rank 500) additonal: got another duplicate by the form of the kitbash shell which i've gotten maybe around season rank 400-430. bungo, why won't you let me get the last 3 exotic emotes (chicken dinner, mic drop & guitar solo), oviraptor ship & polished sea stone shader. don't make me break my own record around season of the dawn (rank 607)

I would MUCH prefer all these sparrows and ghosts just be skins/ornaments, where we dictate our true sparrow and ghost perks at Amanda holiday and Ikora respectively. Just more customization, more things to grind, and less duplicates.

Agreed, we should not be getting duplicates until we have everything in this seasons Eververse itinerary. What's the point of levelling up to get engrams that give out duplicates!

They contain duplicates? Despite only being earnable every 5 levels and only containing old items that never dismantle into bright dust anymore? Despite Bungie throttling the level up XP to slow us down? Man, those scumbags. Wherever you think they can’t sink any lower, they one-up themselves. Egregious.
