Bungie store shipment to Brazil

Some weeks ago I ordered a shaxxx plush from the bungie store. Last week a Bungie store e-mail was sent to me asking for some of my documents because of new Brazilian regulations asking for my cpf and other informations. In the text of the said e-mail says that if I don’t reply to it in two weeks my order will be ignored. I have already replied to it, but haven’t received any confirmations. Can you look out if my order is ok? Thanks My order is: [REDACTED]
