Why can’t I meditate after completing the majestic armor?
Why can’t I meditate after completing the majestic armor set? I tried switching all the armor and switching back - not working.

You can only meditate when all tasks for each piece are completed. It's not finish one piece of armor then meditate. You have to finish them all.
