Hello, my name is Arthur, I’ve been playing Destiny 2 since the Forsaken Expansion, I have over 700h in the game 21th August, I received a notice on Steam that I was permanently banned from the game, I've already sent a ticket explaining the situation on the same day and have no response since. I dont really know how to prove that I haven't cheated the game or done any other misconduct. I never made any use of any kind of software that would alter the content / code of the game, all my history in the game shows this, I barely played Trials of Osiris or any competitive PVP game, and all the Bright Dust I got was gridend with a lot of time and effort. I understand that the support makes it clear that there are no guarantees of response, but I spent a lot of money on the game, even more being from Brazil, (I paid 5x more for the product because of the currency difference) and I'm excited for Beyond Light, I am also 2 triumphs away from getting my first titles in the game I beg of you, I never cheated in the game, in any online game, Destiny is my favorite FPS, all my history of matches and achievements is proof of that, my request is just that if possible the process of verifying my account and the ticket I sent be done and the ban is revoked, please I want to go back to the game, I will even pre-order the expansion if I have my account back I am willing to send any information that is necessary Thank you Arthur
