Hi there. At around the 1:00 mark in your video, you show the PC Move page and the error it gives you. This error is essentially telling you that you have two different Steam accounts: the one you're currently signed into bungie.net with and another one that you actually migrated your Destiny data to. This is shown by the string of numbers behind the usernames — those are the accounts' unique IDs, and the fact that they don't match means that they're separate accounts. You can sign into bungie.net using the correct Steam account, and this would either log you into a different Bungie profile or create a new one for you, depending on whether or not it's already linked to one. Or, if you want to keep this profile in particular, you could disable the Cross Save on this current profile, sign out and back in using your Stadia credentials, unlink this Steam account, link the right one, and then enable the Cross Save again after 90 days if you want it set up.
