Dude I almost never kill anyone with the heavy gl. If it’s in blast radius for heavy they should die with exception of active super and that should be pretty dang close to a 1 shot such that if they were weakened they also die. I kid you not some dude hit me with a rocket when I was in a rift and I lived so even that’s an issue and yes I had max overshield, but that’s still bull crap to eat a rocket in face and live with anything other than armor you get for being inside a Titan bubble which is far stronger armor than any other defensive buff in game. If they put special GL at the level of the heavy one people probably wouldn’t all use them all the time. Heavy is such a joke in pvp on d2 for most part. I remember when whole team was camped at it right before spawn on d1, but on d2 I have seen many cases where the heavy spawn just chills neglected.
