Isn't it obvious? He is dreaming of using the giant planet shaped time machine that he goes to in the future to travel to the past and start a video game company that takes over the world and pushes their man cannon technology on the military so they can prepare a fleet of giant slingshot ships to fire corporate enemies into space to battle the covenant.
