Robe with a hood for warlock?
Now come on - I'm sure there are warlocks out there who have hooded robes. Why not introduce a robe with a hood that can go over a warlocks helmet ? It would look cool and it would also make the warlock look more menacing.

It'd have to be a part of the helmet slot itself or else most helmets would simply clip through it.

1 ReplyThis company doesn’t think things through, understand this. Titans are subjected to some towel, while hunters have capes. But other titans (Npc) have capes, it’s all very mysterious.

Edited by Ghostfire239: 8/27/2020 11:39:28 AMI guess the Hunter class item is eventually gonna get split between Warlocks and Titans. Warlocks want hoods, Titans want capes. I think Warlocks should get a shoulder cape or something like that instead. Hoods are a bit too close to Hunter territory in Destiny, since Hunters already have hoods (early level class items). The Hunter class item is pretty much the most unique part of their appearance. Having other class with similarities to said class item would diminish the uniqueness of Hunters. (Technically that would be like having to class items, since you also have a bond) Ever since I saw the old concept art for Hunters I wanted to have a trench coat on my Hunter, but that treads into Warlock territory and would take away from the uniqueness of the Warlock appearance. Not to mention that a lot Warlock helmets aren’t designed for hoods. Hunter helmets are all shaped in a way that would allow for a hood. So all future Warlock helmets would have be designed in a similar manner to Hunter helmets

Weapon types should be class-specific, with a few Exotic exceptions (example: Lumina for Warlocks). Resilience should have a much greater effect, and Recovery a small buff. Mobility is fine as is. Also, classes should have limits on how much of their non-class stat they can have. Titans get RES/REC, Hunters get MOB/RES, Warlocks get REC/MOB. Supers should be more focused on a combat type. Example: Hunters should be DPS-focused, Titans should be defense-focused, Warlocks should be buff- and debuff-focused. Armor design should be more differentiated. Less knightly armor for Hunters with more leathers and scavenged enemy gear. Warlocks should have more robes and baubles amulets and grimoires and just STUFF on their gear. Titans should have more armor-themed gear, like knights or samurai or mecha. Class-specific melee weapon types. Titans get hammers and axes, Hunters get one handed swords and daggers, Warlocks get scythes and two handed swords. The end result of these changes would create a much more RPG vibe, with an emphasis on teamplay since not everyone can DPS or debuff, etc. i personally would love to see Destiny with a more heavy lean towards the RPG side.

4 RepliesWhile they are at it they could provide Titans with pretty much anything other than a towel from a massage parlor to wear. A cape, a cloak, a kilt, an ornate shield to carry on their back...just no more towels to wrap around their waist.

Warlocks have the most underwhelming cosmetics. So unfortunate. Want a good example? This season’s bond and season pass ornament are the same thing almost. Warlocks get a sweat band and corseted dresses, while hunters and titans get cosmetics that actually make them look menacing

They should just abandon the traditional class items. Have some classic designs but really just go all out on what each class represents
