Australian servers terrible?
As an Australian I'm always hearing americantalk about how great connection based matchmaking is but whith australia we're waiting 15 or so minutes for a match and being matched with chinese and japanese people who are lagging their lives away. Teleporting and hitting you with shots that shouldn't have hit. Connection bar is full 90℅ of the time and honestly with this addition less people seem to be playing making games more annoying to find. Every Australian I've come across has said the exact same thing and it's not even the players its almost like it's the server lagging.

Destiny 2 PvP is mostly P2P; the only server involved is the one that keeps track of the score and all that's going on, but for the actual gameplay every player is connected directly to all others taking part in the same match, so if you lag there, it's not down to "servers" but the individual connection of each player.
