I can’t get past the log in screen. Keep getting turtle error codes. Tried deleting my cache, and even re-downloaded the game.

Please refer to Bungie’s guide below for assistance. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13603 Also, if a WiFi connection is being used, change to LAN. You can also favor a Wired connection. I have heard from one of the older posts below that people are using CenturyLink and are getting this error code.

4 RepliesHey did this just start happening this week? I woke up on Saturday and my modem had fully reset. Since then I only get Turtle errors when on wifi. No idea what happened.
