Done everything your so called help suggestion stated, and still can't sign in! So with that said the problem is on your end, and needs to be fixed asap!

it's 2025 they still havent fixed this. i just got turtle error after playing all day no problem. Magically cant get back on and guess what SOLSTICE EVENT. I saw some guy post his ISP was the issue but it's not who i am using anyways. bungie is just garbage at this point.

4 RepliesHey there! You could be experiencing packet loss that is interfering with your connection. Please refer to Bungie’s guide below for assistance. Even though you may have done so, I will recommend it incase. 😁 https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13603 Also, if a WiFi connection is being used, change to LAN. You can also favor a Wired connection. I have heard from one of the older posts below that people are using CenturyLink and are getting this error code.

2 RepliesSame problem here since last night. I have CenturyLink as a provider and apparently something is just messed up. Every other game works fine for my but I get an infinite turtle error since about 10am yesterday
