Class item with extra stats?
I saw someone last night with a master worked Cloak that had 12 recovery and 22 strength. I've never seen a stat like that on a class item. The recovery is from a mod but how would it have 22 strength? Anyone else have a stat roll like that?

With a stat mod and a masterwork this allows you to have 40 stat points on a class item and over 100 on any other armour piece.
