To resolve this, you need to inspect your router manual to use the solutions below as some settings pages may have alternate naming conventions based on the device’s manufacturer: * Connect your console directly to the router via wired or WiFi connection. You may encounter more issues if you try to connect to Destiny through a router connected to an alternate router. For best results, connect to the router connected to your modem * From the router settings page, go to Home > Toolbox > Firewall. * Create a new Firewall level within your Router settings.
