Man, is it just me or is the requirement to get 10 Massacre medals for the Triumphant Reaper triumph (required for the Reckoner title) waaaaaay harder to get than any of the other requirements combined? I've read hints, watched videos, and tried it all and I've only managed to get 2 out of the last 100 games (probably an exaggeration). I've killed just about every add that comes out but there just aren't enough adds to kill close enough together to get these medals reliably.
I think it should either be 10 kills within 3 seconds or 12 kills within 5 seconds; that or this thing is bugged because I'm pretty sure I'm getting 12 kills within 3 seconds.

I probably averaged one every few games when I was going for reckoner. It's not 12 kills in 3 seconds. It's something like 12 kills with 3 seconds in-between kills.

3 RepliesSome spawns and some maps are just easier than others e.g. legions folly at stairs is difficult because of the enemy placement... however, drill on the other side is really good! Most maps have a good zone, but some maps are just better than others - figure out whichever works for you!! I got this done on a warlock and used top tree storm caller with crown... the idea being that masterworked weapons, grenade/melee energy will contribute to a fast super! Ashes to assets or whatever adds super energy helps! Nb: I have so many massacre medals in classic with bottom tree dawnblade, but that wasn't up to scratch in prime! After a few failures I finally started getting them regularly by doing this: 1. Don't commit to a zone until you have a super up 2. Don't waste super/heavy on a bad zone; wait until the good one appears 3. Get in ahead of your team mates....when there's a couple of enemies left in the old zone the new spawn will start to load, so get ready before that happens (repeat if a not so desirable zone loads first) 4. Know the spawn pattern... door a, door b, ship drop or whatever it may be... this will be the route through the zone 5. When the spawn comes in the enemies can be grouped up a lot tighter; chain damage between the little fellas and the big bois will be noticable and should clear up everything quick (hopefully team mates will be distracted with clearing blockers) This was a tough one to get done in the solo queue; but the others are tricky as well... you're competing with your own team, so play like a duck* if need be, who cares about win/loss! *auto correct - leaving in for lols

It's extremely easy to get a massacre medal.

You gotta play like a selfish asshole. If you're not using Raiden Flux Arcstrider or Crown of Tempests top-tree Stormcaller, you're doing it wrong. I still get them on a semi-regular basis by accident after having gotten Reckoner FWIW. And those are the two setups I play that it happens on.

I don’t play Warlocks or hunters really, but Titans have several ways to get braindead massacres.
