The barricade stops bullets, but it don't stop a explosive missiles
-
1 ReplyAgreed! Statis titan barricade should be an igloo!
-
2 RepliesI love killing titans behind their barricade with one bastion shot.

Edited by Quiet_Bushi: 8/26/2020 9:02:48 AMI've noticed this too in PvE with the "flame bombs" from the Hive. If one of those splash in the front of the Barricade, the flame pass under it and still deals damage. I think this is some kind of bug...

4 RepliesTitans Barriers are so useless. It's just a gimmick, doesn't actually win fights against smart players. If you claim that barriers are strong(in pvp) then you must just hold W and left clicking.
-
10 Repliesthe titan is a cowards class, you deserve this
-
1 ReplyTitans are already overpowered, stop whining even more.
-
I've had a stray taken vandal shot go straight through my tower barricade as well and it oneshot me.
-
Rally barricades do. Each has their own uses.
-
1 ReplyI want you to think about your post. It's not a fortress or a bunker, of course its not going to stop EXPLOSIVE missiles
-
1 Reply
The barricade stops bullets, but it don't stop a explosive missiles
Especially celestial fire on warlock. The homing free damage tactical nuke lmao
-
6 RepliesTitans get the shaft all the time. Why bring it up now? Barricade is laughable, resilience means nothing. Hilarious.
-
The bug isnt new, or maybe that way the baricade must working.
-
Bungie: Its not a sir gotta keep titans/Warlocks from being pvp good cant our hunter players actually work for kills
-
This is a common misconception. The problem is, if there is ANY gaps below the barricade, explosives will be able to hit the player from their feet. Say if you place it on stairs, a hill or some rubble there will be a miniature gap that barely reveals your feet so any explosives can penetrate the gap. I’ve done some testing, this seems to be the issue you are having.

1 ReplyAnd why should it? Makes perfect sense to me. Hunter dodges, OHK weapon or something that blinds/stuns/suppresses Warlock puts down rift, OHK weapon or something with high RPM and some good accuracy Titan puts down barricade, AOE weapons and abilities and smart movement Don't understand this complain at all Even from a PvE standpoint it should be the counter. Enemies cant run through it without being slowed, stunned, and taking damage. Direct fire from enemies does little to it. Thats leaves very few options. Certain abilities that just negate all class' abilities well like the wizard's poison cloud or enemies that can teleport. But if you're not fighting anything like that there needs to be a good counter still. AOE makes the most sense. Its a thin small wall of light, it can only do so much. Thats like complaining about shrapnel while hiding behind a wood wall, in fact its practically the same concept. Plus you know you can just take like, four steps back? Even then you can still be protected and not have to worry about AOE attacks. Another silly post.

*Feature It's been like that forever
-
11 RepliesShut up. You take enough damage as it is with no in game consequences and you want more protection/invulnerablility? Foh Too many Titans think they have skills In this game when its just spamming scummy class attributes.
-
5 RepliesSplash damage, AoE damage... you are not safe behind a towering barricade
-
And titans have supers with AOEs that somehow go through walls. Stop crying cuz it happens to y’all now.
-
2 RepliesIts warlock celesital fire penetrate walls nerf warlock top tree icraus dash and melee
-
2 RepliesI agree warlocks should only get 1 Icuras Dash since it's on a 5 second cooldown
-
5 RepliesNOPE 😂 I love placing my Barricade down and then having a Warlock use Celestial Fire on it to do full damage to ME and not the Barricade because... yeah 😒
-
13 RepliesI’m honestly hoping titans get a new class ability that replaces Barricade. They’re pretty useless these days. Towering barricade has its uses but the reloading one is trash. With the new wall grenades coming in Beyond Light barricade will be even more useless.
-
you mean the barrier that stops "projectiles?"
-
1 ReplyWarlock rifts are this way too. How many times do you actually get to use it before you're killed? yet hunters can hop around and enjoy their bouncy bouncy.
-
4 RepliesYa it makes barriers so useful. Oh so useful. Someone told a while that the reload half barricade does block splash damage but the huge towering barricade does not. I have not tested it, but that is stupid.
